  Scott Toale is the best PT you will find. That could be the only sentence needed here…but I’ll elaborate.
  
  I met Scott in 2011 while training for a marathon and dealing with what I thought was a bad knee. Through his treatment plan, He got me to the starting line and I will forever be thankful to him for ensuring I could run that race!
  
  Fast forward 12 years. I was attacked by a pit bull while walking in my neighborhood. The ER doc mentioned I would likely need PT for the scar tissue. I found Scott and ended up making the 20 min drive 2x a week just to make sure he was my PT! He truly cares about his patients and is committed to helping them return to their pre-injury health.

  From the moment you walk in and Sharyn greets you at the front desk you feel like you are family. Scott and his team are extremely patient, each day you come in they listen to what is going on that day and make a customized plan based on how you are feeling. They are hands on every appointment stretching you, ensuring they know your limitations and where to push you. My stay was much longer than most while there are many PT places closer to me but there is no other facility I would recommend over Trinity in Upper Dublin.

  Scott was highly recommended by several good friends in my neighborhood. I was reluctant to start the physical therapy “process” again after having had mixed results from other providers in the past. But, I reached the point where my injury was limiting my ability to do normal & required basic functions - like walk and sleep. So, I went to see Scott.
  
  My only regret - I didn’t see him sooner!
  
  Scott is an experienced, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional therapist. We had a great discussion before I started treatment during which I made clear that I wasn’t interested in an exercise-only regimen and a “hand-wave” from my physical therapist as I left the gym. I needed some maybe significant level of hands-on manipulation. He understood and after conducting his initial evaluation, agreed. The proof can be seen in the pudding – during my nearly four months with Scott “hands-on” was a regular and important part of my treatment. And, Scott always let me determine how much I needed - as in, if you’re not good I can do more until you are.
  
  The atmosphere and environment are the best I’ve seen (and been part of!) when it comes to physical therapy - unfortunately this wasn’t my first PT “rodeo.” The open gym creates a “we’re all in this together” type of community…and Scott can keep his eyes on his patients…and staff! And just so you know, Scott is very much an attention-to-detail guy. Form counts and Scott is always watching; he will let you know…which is a good thing.
  
  Scott has his entire staff singing from the same sheet of music – they are all personable, professional, and competent. Sharyn was the first person I spoke with making my initial appointment and was the last as I walked out the door on “graduation” day. From the start and throughout she was welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, and is “in-tune” with music selection. She is definitely not being paid enough!
  
  Scott got me to about 90-95% of where I want to be; the rest is up to me. I am confident that if I keep up with my exercises and continue to “engage my core and activate my glutes,” I’ll get as close to 100% as my arthritic body will allow!
  
  Bottom Line: if you need physical therapy, go see Scott at Trinity Rehab.

  Shoulder pain has been an issue with me for several years now. Two months ago I could barely shoot a basketball from 10 feet out due to shoulder pain. Now I’m draining 3’s like Steph Curry’s 3rd cousin.
  But seriously, Scott and his great team of techs do an amazing job getting people back in game-shape. Do yourself a favor and let these guys get you fixed up.

  Victor G. here. I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to share my experience. Scott is a truly professional healthcare practitioner. He listens, evaluates and discuses clearly. He is thorough and I never felt rushed at any of my sessions. Scott's medical knowledge goes beyond the scope of an average physical therapist to the advantage of his clients. The support staff is also very accommodating. I would certainly recommend Scott as a "go to" source for rehabilitation.
