Trinity Rehab - Short Hills, New Jersey

I have waited a pretty significant amount of time since my treatment before writing my review. Partly to really see how well my meniscus tear rehab would hold up to significant miles running up and down technical trails in the mountains. And regrettably, also due to sheer procrastination.
I hobbled into Andrew's office barely able to put weight on my right knee. I thought I was a pretty good athlete, ex-paratrooper…thought I was fit. Truthfully, I was a broken mess and I was lucky the injury wasn't worse. Make no mistakes, I was headed that way.
Within 10 weeks, Andrew not only got my knee back to 100%; he fixed almost all the other deficiencies that were holding me back and conditioned me for the impact and inconsistencies of technical terrain running. Seven months post-rehab and I am BOMBING down technical trails faster than I ever have and have had zero pain in the impacted knee.
I cannot say enough about Andrew's professionalism, knowledge, staff, kindness, sense of humor, and treatment protocol.

I spent 8 weeks with Trinity SH for chronic back pain. The staff was warm & Friendly helping me through a vigorous PT program
to address the unbearable pain. I was taught how to continue exercises at home after then program was finished to maintain minimal pain. The chronic pain has been Greatly reduced which improves my quality of life!
I've dodged a bullet/ avoided surgery thanks to Trinity Rehab in SH.
