  Tribe Training’s Virtual Macro Boot Camp was one of the best things I’ve ever participated in. I had my doubts going in that I’d be able to stick with it, but with Keri’s excellent one on one calls and analysis, I was successful.
  
  I was eating bigger portions than ever before but it was the right foods and in the right quantities. The only thing I gave up was pop and most fast food, but Keri sprinkled in a sub or a spicy chicken sandwich into my meal plan to keep me happy. The food logging is super easy with the app and you start to know your sizes without using the scale. I lost 8 lbs and several inches from all over my body during the 4 week program and that was without exercising. The biggest thing was how much better I felt about myself though. My confidence was up; my sleep was fantastic and I just felt better overall.
  
  I’ve known Keri for about 15 years and I trusted her completely and she didn’t disappoint!! She was amazing and the program works and is easily maintainable after the boot camps. I couldn’t be happier!

  Keri is amazing! She teaches you to love food and not feel bad eating it! Her weekly videos and powerpoints are extremely helpful and easy to understand to be able to explain to people who don’t quite understand macros or that you’re allowed to have ice cream, wine, pizza etc. She has changed my life and I can’t wait to continue working with her!

  Keri did such a wonderful job coaching me with my eating habits. She carries a positive attitude and determined to help! Very informative and made my experience enjoyable! Thanks to Tribe training and Wellness, I learned to make better changes for a healthier lifestyle! 100% recommended.

  Tribe Training and Wellness is such a supportive group. I work with Keri sporadically over the years to work on nutrition and health concerns. She always listens and reminds me that it’s ok if I “fall off the wagon”. She listens to my concerns and goals, creates a plan that’s best for me. I highly recommend working with Tribe Training and Wellness!
