I very highly recommend Tri-County Exteriors. We hired Tri-County because we had extensive water damage beneath our siding and also needed new windows. Sean knew exactly what needed to be done to fix this and explained every step. We were kept aware of material availability and schedules. Tri-County used only high-grade materials ordered to exact measurements. The crew that did the work was professional, friendly and respectful of our home. They were very competent and explained what was being done. They showed us hidden problems that were encountered how they were going to remediate them. When the work was completed the work area was spotless. If you are looking for a reliable, efficient company, Tri-County is the best.

In the past 2 years or so, I used their service to replace roof, siding and front door, brick-point chimney and do various miscellaneous jobs. They performed all jobs with excellent quality.

Principals Shayne and Mike are both very knowledgeable and responsive. When issues arise, they respond quickly and give an honest opinion on how to mitigate them without overselling. Their staff are also professional and courteous.

We were replacing our failing stucco siding with insulated Crane board. Shayne & his team came out a few times to assess the situation and examine the work area. Also included in the work was removal of our existing deck (as the stucco was behind the deck), and replacement with a new deck, which we wanted enlarged.

Shayne was great about communicating progress of the work and kept me updated throughout, and was also responsive if I had questions during construction.

During the course of work, I had an unrelated issue with a failing box gutter and improperly flashed roof, which lead to a rotted out wood soffit with a nice gaping hole about 12-18 inches wide. Our house is one of 3 100+ year old twins with decorative trim under the soffit, so I really wanted to keep the look intact. At the time, I was thinking "roofer" vs "exteriors" and contacted a few companies to get quotes. Some wouldn't touch the 'flat roof/box gutter' and they both wanted to replace the woodwork with aluminum/composite. I was on Tri-County's site and noticed they did roofing, too, so I sent a pic to Shayne and asked if they'd be able to fix that. After he checked out the spot, he confirmed they could. We expanded the siding/deck project scope to include this repair as well.

The siding came out wonderful. I cannot compliment the carpentry skills of his team enough- our new deck is superb, and the woodwork looks phenomenal. Not only where they able to patch the soffit but they painted it white to blend in with the rest of the woodwork. (Pic was taken before they painted it)

I highly recommend Tri-County! We wanted to replace the old aluminum siding on a gable end with a Tudor look with modern materials (PVC) so that we had the look without the constant maintenance of stucco and wood. Not only did they get the job done, but there was a lot of attention to detail. The unique custom window alone was hard to find and took many months for the window supplier to deliver, but Mike and Shayne kept me updated the whole time. Upon taking the old material off, the installers immediately let me know that the old framing would not suffice for today's insulation code if we were to convert the attic to a living space. I greatly appreciated this kind of forward thinking to avoid redoing work down the road. And the finishing paint was done very well! We are very pleased with the end result!

If I could give TCE a 10/10 I would! After getting multiple quotes from different companies, Mike from Tri-County came over. We knew right away we didn’t have to look any further. Mike was personable, honest and an all around awesome guy to work with. We had 14 new windows installed, a sliding glass door installed in our kitchen, and new gutters installed. Mike made sure to come over everyday to assess the progress and make sure we were happy with everything down to the last detail, he even made a point to open and close every single window after install. Mike’s workers were friendly, efficient, easy to work with and also made sure my husband and I were happy with their work down to the last detail. Oh and did I mention they don’t even leave a speck of dust for you to clean up?! I can’t praise Tri-County enough. Stop wasting your time and call them first. Their customer service is top-notch!
