Professional, kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. I love the truck I leased and I got a fantastic deal!! I ended up going back when my wife's lease came up, and he took great care of us and got her a great deal on a new Jeep. Top notch operation. I'll be going back to Mike Z once my lease is up. Their service drive is quick and efficient as well. I went in to get running boards put on, and I was in and out in about an hour.

(July 1, 2023, 2:59 pm)Couldn’t be happier. Tri County took my Jeep Wrangler 4xe in on the appointed time, actually a little early. They went over the list of service I requested and asked if there was anything else they could do for me. They informed that my Jeep had 2 outstanding software updates and asked if I would like them to install them now while advising me that it may add a little extra time until they were finished with the vehicle. They knew that I was waiting for the Jeep.
I told them yes, install them. All in all I was there less than a hour and was on my way . I wish all my my transactions could go this smoothly.

Good job Tri-County
As a bonus, when I start my Jeep Wrangler 4xe, it latches on to the driving mode I was in when I turned off the vehicle. It must have been the software update. I really like it.
