  Reaching out for outside help was my last resort. It was a scary prospect for me to ask a stranger to help get my loved one to treatment I had been handling it or trying to handle it myself. But I did . I called Joe @Transcend.
  From the initial conversation he was easy to speak with and took the time to ask questions about me, my family members and my loved who is struggling. We spoke a few times even before I contracted his services. Joe helped me organize my thoughts and helped my family through this by having one on one conversations and group virtual meetings. He walked us through each step of the intervention and was in constant contact. He also lessened my burden of having to coordinate everything and gave me time to work through this process. Joe assisted with looking for treatment centers and asking them the questions that needed to be asked. He also spoke with important people that are in my loved ones life that may have been of some assistance and made himself available to them.
  Joe and I worked closely in dealing with VERY VERY difficult logistics and put me at ease. There were a lot of moving parts to this, and Joe handled every bump with patience and a lot of communication with us. We are still in the process on getting our loved one to treatment, but a lot of walls have been torn down and have brought everything to light. With Joe's help we have all been given tools to understand how to better cope and how to continue going forward in our journey to saving our loved one. Joe stays in touch and continues to check in and is ready to help when the time comes. This is a process and we won't give up. We are grateful to have Joe Ortiz on our side. Thank you, Joe!

  Our family was in crisis when it became apparent that our loved one was severely depressed and turning to drugs . We called Joe and he immediately sprung in to action offering education, intervention, resource assistance and coaching for us all . His calm and caring approach along with his knowledge and selection of resources quickly convinced our loved one to get help . Joe continued to coach our loved one and the rest of the family for several months . I’m happy to report that with Joe’s expertise and guidance our loved one made a 360 degree change.   Couldn’t recommend TI more. I didn’t know what to do or how to begin to help my family at was at wit’s end. From the moment I called Joe he he was genuine, helped me make a plan, he provided constant support, and after years of trying to do this on my own we finally made progress. His partner Trevor was amazing and made the difference in getting through to my spouse. Throughout the day that they both spent at my house with us both we finally made the breakthrough that led to the beginning of the positive changes in our lives. They continue to stay in touch and it couldn’t have happened without them. I would recommend anyone going through problems with substances or behavior problems to contact them.

  I don’t know where I would be if it weren’t for Joe and Trevor taking me and my family on a journey to help our daughter with alcohol abuse. They taught me how to come to terms with my own emotions during this very difficult time. I also learned how to not enable my daughter and set boundaries to help me and my family get to a healthier place. Joe and Trevor have been there every step of the way preparing us for the intervention and after in every way possible. They have been our biggest support system which included so many phone calls, zoom calls, and texts any time of the day or night. They are truly wonderful people and I feel like they have become a part of our family. I’m so thankful and grateful that we received their help and guidance. We are in a much better place. If you have concerns for your loved one, you couldn’t ask for interventionists to be more professional, compassionate and hard working to help you and your loved one to be successful. Love you guys!

  Joe has been a huge influence in my journey of addiction and through my recovery as well. He's provided me with positivity and support, and has guided me through some very tough times. He's very genuine and I truly felt that he put my best interest first in leading me in the right direction. He has also been a great support to my family in helping them understand addiction and guiding them with ways to support me. I appreciate his help so much and the fact that he still always checks in to see how I'm doing. Overall Joe is an extremely honest, supportive, empathetic, and passionate person and he truly cares about what he does.
