  Reached out to court to start her independent program. She tailored each program to work with all the equipment I already had in my home and consistently changed it up to keep the workouts fresh and to keep me on my toes! Each program was detailed and provided me with all the tools and information to do my workouts at home. She offered weekly check ins that helped keep me accountable but also always encouraged me through each week and the next. If I had a not so great week… there wasn’t any pressure from her in the form of failure it was still positive reinforcement to keep going. I felt like my priority was to maintain feeling healthy while also working towards the goals I set for myself. Highly recommend anyone to reach out to her and let her construct a program that works best for you and your schedule!

  Choosing to work with Court was one of the best decisions I could have made! When I told her I wanted some extra help to find my groove in the gym again she delivered right away! She sent me my program soon after I contacted her and she had me doing workouts that were the "just-right challenge" for me. One of my favorite parts about working with her is the fact that she is always available for questions, especially at weekly check-ins where she can answer anything and everything you need help with. I experienced some knee pain part of the way through my program, and Court did an amazing job immediately adapting my workouts and giving me extra things to do to alleviate my pain. She also uses an app where she uploads all of your workouts, which makes it super easy to track your progress and stay on track. I feel like I not only got stronger, but also gained a friend through working with Court. 10/10 recommend her for all of your fitness needs!!

  Court is fantastic to work with and is great at personalizing plans for your goals. She was a huge help in creating a plan that worked for my style and the equipment that I already own. Her communication is fantastic and the videos demonstrating the workouts were incredibly helpful as well!

  Hugely overweight, short of breath walking long distances and needed desperately to do something about it. That’s when my daughter found Court and Train Hard Live Happy. What a game changer. Court makes each workout challenging and personally geared toward my physical needs. She always makes sure I’m using good form, teaches me how to exercise safely and is constantly encouraging me to hit new personal bests. Each workout is different so I’m never bored and we do a full body workout each time. The price is seriously reasonable. I truly enjoy working with this energetic, uplifting, knowledgeable trainer!!! Thanks so much Court for helping me get back into shape!

  Going into my surgery I had a tough time trying ti figure out the best way to get on my feet as fast as possible. For me, I am very stubborn and want to do things to the best of my ability, and with my surgery hindering that it was tough to cope. That's when Court came in! From day 1, her personality and energy made it so much easier to get through the workouts and having her knowledge made me think twice about how I treated my body. Court is the trainer I have ever had and I highly recommend her to anybody! Thank you Court!!
