  Classes at TOK of Pleasant Valley have been wonderful is so many way. They provide an amazing sense of community. The classes are appropriate for different age and experience levels. Things are kept engaging, and individual student needs are recognized and responded to. They have a unique and age appropriate way of motivating kids.

  Outstanding place for you or your child. The people who run the show and the teaching assistants are caring and focused. You will be guided through the ropes until you are ready to fly on your own. There is comrodery and warmth from all directions. Thank you to TOK!!!

  From day one, the studio owners and staff have made us feel welcome. My 5 year old responds well to the instructors and the repetition helps with learning. They strike a great balance between instilling discipline and indulging the silliness of this age group. The hours and availability of this studio work great with our schedule and allow for lots of flexibility as needed. Karate is a big commitment, and we feel that we are in the best environment to reap the benefits!

  My son has been attending classes for a little over 1 year now and he absolutely loves it! It’s a great atmosphere. All of the instructors work very well with the kids. I’m thankful for all Mr.Borland and his team do for the community. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with Traditional Okinawan karate of Pleasant Valley.
