(December 20, 2022, 1:00 pm)So i broke down this morning. Clutch pedal to the floor. Brakes locked up. In the middle of an intersection in the Bronx. There was alot of screaming and horn blowing but no help offered by hundreds of passersby’s. I was in a very dangerous spot/situation but couldnt move. At least an hour. Geico app down … no cops around … what a morning. Then there, like he fell from the heavens, was Fernando. I was a shaken mess by this time. Mascara everywhere !!! He towed my car to a safe area and drove me to work (montefiore hospital). He restored my faith in Humans after all was lost this morning. I am beyond grateful and wish him a joyful Christmas with his family. No words …. Thank you Fernando.

You have any issues he’s the guy ! 10/10 service 🙌🏾😁

Owner is a true experienced pro! Well done pickup and tricky maneuvering into my driveway.
As an ex-mechanic, it's good to see that there are still some top notch people around that understand thier craft. -

Handled everything, including the car, with a lot of care. Extremely quality towing experience. Would most definitely recommend giving them a call as they're faster, nicer, and more versatile than your typical towing company.
