I was in a front end collision and my best decision was going to Towne Auto. They are all very honest people that genuinely want the best for you and your car. Jay was very knowledgeable and kind in the process of fixing my car. They went above and beyond and the photos speak for themselves!

Towne Auto was amazing! My car was in for body work to the front and rear earlier this year and came out looking better than new! Everything about the process was super smooth -- Monica at the front desk was great and working with Jay was awesome! Definitely worth the 5 stars!

Beyond our highest expectations. Jay and staff were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond. My husband had his car worked on and when he parked it in our drive it looked like a new car. Although they changed out a back window the entire car came back clean, shiny, & tires sparkling. I asked my husband to call to see if they would detail my car. Sure enough Jay fit us in and my car came back looking brand new. I’m afraid to let the secret out because I plan on going back for detailing and gosh forbid body work if needed. Amazing team but Jay is really one of a kind! Work ethic is through the roof! Thank you all again!!!

Towne Auto deserves this 5 star review! Jay and Monica were some of the nicest people! Dealing with damage to your car is so stressful…but they made the whole overall process PAINLESS. Not to mention Monica was SUPER helpful and anything she said she was going to do she did more and then some. Communication is key in situations like this, and she was on top of that. As soon as my car was close to being finished she called and let me know. Jay is a super professional guy and he really knows what he’s doing. I like how he gives you a few different options. Me and my girlfriend walked into there feeling nervous/unsure of what the outcome would be. Walking out of there I can honestly say I was more than pleased with the outcome. I did go to a few other places in the area and he was the best one out of all of them in my opinion. Anyone I came into contact with during this process was friendly and very helpful! They deserve all the 5 star reviews. I’m going to attach pictures below of the BEFORE and AFTER. And you can see for yourself just how good of a job they did. Pictures speak for themselves. Paint matched the rest of my car SPOT ON. You would NEVER be able to tell that my bumper was hanging by a thread and about to fall off COMPLETELY. I’m definitely not going to hesitate to bring my car back to Jay if I have any damages in the future. THANK YOU TOWNE AUTO!!

Towne Auto did an INCREDIBLE job repairing my Jeep Grand Cherokee. My vehicle was rear ended and needed the bumper replaced. Monica was extremely communicative and did a great job of letting me know what to expect. My Jeep came back nicer than I ever would have expected. Everyone from Towne Auto are true professionals and I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else!
