  We spent 1.5 wonderful years at the town walk apartments. Jasmine from the leasing office was exceptional. Jasmine walked us through the exit process and went out of her way to help us get the maximum amount of our security deposit back. I was blown away her kindness and patience.

  We’ve been residents of this apartment complex for about 3 years. And we enjoyed it a lot for the first two years. Apartments are well-maintained (literally, you submit maintenance request online and sometimes issue is fixed the same day if it’s minor), package room is great and all events here are perfectly done, there are two awesome clubhouses with really good amenities.
  
  The work which was done here is beautiful, it was a nice family-oriented place, amazing people work there and we have good friendly neighbors.

  UPDATE: We moved out in July and I want to say that we still miss this place and amenities! Generous time for club houses (in our new place club house is open only until 09.00pm 😑🙈), we are so used to come to clubhouse at night for a cup of tea 🥹 Two full baths and washer/dryer in apartment are the things I miss too. Enjoy your time at Town Walk and I keep recommending this complex to everybody!

  I have lived in Town Walk for three years and I must say my experience here has been enjoyable. My neighbors all speak to one another. No wild parties and the residents who own pets clean up behind them. The only recurring issue is the breezeway's need to be swept at least once every two weeks. I often clean my breezeway to keep the dog hair from flying around. I don't own any pets due to allergies. The amenities are all decent. The maintenance crew are polite when arriving to fix issues. The maintenance should have shoe covers with them before entering the apts. I provide them if I am home when they come. Other then the few minor issues mentioned the apt is nice, spacious, updated and good closet space. The grounds are clean and management is great about cleaning when it snows. It is a bit pricey but that is the norm with today's rent prices. I wish they offered 2 year leases instead of 10 - 15 months

  So far so good...although we’ve only lived here for like 3 weeks now. I’ll post updates as my stay here continues because I know I find reviews super helpful (especially when deciding where to live).
  
  Management is really responsive when it comes to repairs. Our liaison, Janet, is the best! Everyone in the neighborhood is super nice and says a casual hello even if you don’t know them.
  
  The east side is peaceful and we love the dog park. I agree that the rental agreement is pretty thorough (and not in a good way). Basically everything and anything is your liability and fault so just know what you’re signing up for.
  
  My loft style (Warner West) is really cool and spacious. The natural light is amazing! Hopefully things will continue to stay this way 🙂
