I was initially told 2 hours, got my car back in less than an hour. Have been getting tires and wheels from town fair for the past 3 years and never leave disappointed.

(July 31, 2023, 3:33 pm)I had just punctured my tire on the way to my stepfather’s funeral. I was emotional and now I was in a panic. I pulled into Town Fair Tire on New Britain Ave. in West Hartford and told the gentleman at the desk that “I have an emergency”.
I explained the situation and without missing a beat they sprang into action. Thomas, Tony, Antonio and Angel were truly MY angels that day! Once I explained what was happening they quickly (and calmly) got to work and told me not to worry. My car was whisked away and the spare was put on. They did not have my tire size in stock but they ordered it while I was there. I was shown my damaged tire and informed that they could have the new one in the shop by Monday. If that was fine with me they would hold onto my tire and rim. They had me out and on my way in no time.
I was treated with kindness and respect as I stood in the showroom tearing up at my misfortune and the overwhelming emotion of the day.
THANK YOU Antonio, Angel, Tony and Thomas. You showed what true customer service is. It is about the people and not the transaction. I will be back and I will tell anyone who will listen about my wonderful experience! -

I came in panicked because I had driven about twenty minutes on a totally flat tire, both Angel and Bob did everything to calm my nerves and get me back on the road! Steve, the tech, did an amazing job repairing my tire. The three of them stayed late (past closing time) to ensure that I wouldn’t need to come back until I pick up/replace my new tire tomorrow. Absolutely recommending this specific location to everyone!

(May 9, 2023, 2:32 pm)William Muir displayed excellent customer service during my visit here at town fair tire. The staff were helpful and welcoming. He also had a wide selection of top shelf inventory for low prices. Most of the choices I was given included unbeatable package deals. Once my rims were done they looked fantastic, and after the alignment it rode as smooth as when I first drove it off the lot. I will definitely be back here.
