Town Fair Tire

I'm leaving a five star review mainly because of Cory. Amazing salesman very knowledgeable and patient. Helped me price match a set of Toyo Open Country. Cory Walked us through the credit application. My only gripe is the Alignment done by the tech could be a bit better it pulls slightly left as it never did before. I was turned away disrespectful by the West Springfield and greeted properly by the team in Westfield. Had my wheels re-torqued today and Cory was quick and had me out in less time then I expected. Definitely coming back

They were absolutely phenomenal in there. Super friendly and made the process of getting new tires very easy. There was a problem with the tires I had ordered not being in stock, but they still got me in for my scheduled appointment and made sure they got it done right. Great guys in there, I was in and out in an hour and my car drives smooth and straight as ever. Shout out to my man Rad, super cool guy very friendly and great customer service. I will absolutely be returning here for any and all tire needs and recommending them to all of my friends.

We had a very friendly and sweet young man by the name of Kyle Porter. He was very helpful and informative. It shows that he is very good at his job. He told us how long the wait would be and was correct. The guys working in the garage part were just as friendly and efficient. I will definitely return and also recommend Town Fair tire to all my family and friends. I am a very happy 😊customer for life. This was at the Westfield MA location.

Came here to get new tires and alignment. The staff was very professional and polite. They explain to me that they were busy so they scheduled another time for everything to run smoothly. They did a great job fast and priced right! I would definitely recommend! Thank you

Went to TFT in Westfield for new tires and wheels. Had a certain wheel in mind but they were not available. Looked at a few they had but was not sure of what I wanted. I left the info with their service member Rad who did some digging on his own while I was at work. Got a call shortly after from Rad with some wheels he thought I might like. They were exactly what I was looking for as well as the tires he found. Excellent customer support. Walked away very happy. Thanks again Rad.
