Awesome service! I tried a different shop first and was sorry i did . Town cycle is by far the best cycle shop around.

Mike is just an amazing person. He taught me so much about biking, maintenance, fitness and how to help my girlfriend advance without being too pushy and ruining the hobby for her. After he gave me that advice I started noticing serious improvement in her riding and more fun when we ride together. When it comes time to move on from my bike I would love to buy a Pivot @ Town to replace it.

Mike is a great guy! I’ve been an avid cycler of all sorts my whole life and worked at a bike shops before. He runs a great store. Lots of research and multiple places looking for my kids bikes and an upgrade + change of direction for my own riding lead me into this shop. After 2 minutes I’ll never go to another shop. Asking around every rider in the area knows him and the shop well. Keep it local and if you’re not local it’s worth the trip.

I went to a few stores for research. My goal was to get my son's FIRST BIKE at a local bike shop; I'm a supporter of local shops. The moment I met Mike, he just gave off a great vibe and really took the time to hear me out on what I wanted and what I was looking for in this personal milestone purchase for my little boy and he gave me a good deal, compared to other stores I went to to find a good deal on a kid's bike. Everything from the brand of the bike and the helmet. My son, needless to say, is exstatic!

Cut to the present day, appx a year and a half later...my son has loved his bike from the day he first got it. In fact, I went to back to the store to personally thank Mike for helping with the purchase and he even gave me some tips on teaching my son how to ride without training wheels and sure enough it worked. My son has full confidence in riding and loves how his bike feels.

I can honestly say that my next bike or whatever I need, service wise, will come from this store and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in search of a good, quality bike.

This bike shop is great! Mike was willing to repair my electric bike. Before taking it to him, four other
Bike shops refused to even take a look at it. It wasn’t an easy fix, and i did have to order a wheel assembly
In order to get it repaired, but it was worth it.
I would highly recommended taking your bike there if you need work.
