We love this daycare! Our 5 month old son has been going since he was 3 months old. Miss Amanda in the infant room is amazing and so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The building is clean, secure, and organized. Highly recommend!
Leaving your infant with anyone is extremely difficult, especially for a first time mom. With that being said, Miss Amanda has gone above and beyond to make us comfortable leaving our precious angel in her care. Between the photo updates all day and being able to message back and forth with her, it feels like we're right there with him even though we're at work. She really puts all the effort into enriching the kids' lives with crafts, various activities, going for walks, etc.. and it's just SO appreciated! And to top it all off, she's been such a help answering questions and getting our son on a schedule (and sleeping through the night - WOOHOOO!) as she's a wealth of knowledge. I can't speak highly enough of Miss Amanda and Town & Country as a whole.
We are beyond pleased with the level of attention and care both of our boys (4 years old and 4 months old) receive at T&C ELC in Southington. Our oldest can of course communicate everything to us, so we know he’s having fun everyday, but there’s always some apprehension about sending an infant to daycare…but honestly, Julie and Sara in the infant room are beyond wonderful at caring for our little guy. They listen and provide suggestions and feedback and really make me feel comfortable leaving my son with them all day (he started with them at 3 months old). He lights up and smiles when he sees both Julie and Sara, which is a wonderful feeling as a mom knowing he is happy and in good hands. I am so thankful that they care for him like he’s their own!
My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about Town & Country. Our son has only been there for a few months and he is already so well taken care of. Miss Amanda is his teacher and she is one of the most caring and thoughtful people we have ever met and treats our son like her own. Dropping your child off is always difficult, but when you are leaving him in the care of someone like Miss Amanda, we know he is in the best hands. Her knowledge and experience with kids clearly shows. She creates a routine and schedule that is helpful for us to maintain at home. She comes up with activities to keep them busy, entertained, and always learning. You can tell that this is not just Miss Amanda’s job, but it is her life passion to care for children. We consider her not only our son’s teacher but a friend and someone who we can completely trust with the care of our son. Miss Amanda goes above and beyond by making herself always available for any questions we may have and offers helpful suggestions. I know how much she cares for him, and you can tell the feeling is mutual when his face lights up every time he sees her. We are so happy we made the decision to send our son to Town & Country!
