  Got the works this morning and everything came out great. When I was called to my car, I proceeded to give the attendant the tip and he looked at me and then pointed to his partner and himself, but did not take the money. I asked him if there was a problem and then his partner said to me that the tip should be separate for each of them. I have never had this experience before at this location and found it odd. Rather than question them, I took the high road and went ahead and gave the each the same tip. So the $70 car wash cost much more because of what I will call a "Shake Down". Don't get me wrong, as I'm all for tipping for good service, but this was inappropriate. Not sure if this is your policy at the car wash to tip each person working on a car, but going forward I will not do this again.

  Expensive as hell, but they do a good job. I am not sure why this car wash and Don's feel $50+ to wash a car is acceptable. What I don't like is that tips are necessary at the front for the vacuumers and at the rear for the dryer.. I handed $2 to the dryer and he looked at it and shook his head. It won't take much for me to wash my own car with that attitude. But yes they do a good job.

  In response to the owner, for a $70 not hand car wash human error shouldn't be a thing. But you do have the best on the island hands down. If it was a one time thing so be it, but it has happened to me several times.
  
  Watch your car go through. Pay attention to what was done in the tunnel. I just paid for a $70 works package and watched the added services never be used. The car behind me ended up getting it.
  
  This is not the first time this has happened to me at this place and I'm guarantee I'm not the only one.
  
  Pay attention.
  
  But the end result, when done properly, justifies the cost.

  Definitely the best car wash around. It feels like detailing every time for such a reasonable price. Great friendly service, runs like a well oiled machine. I tried some place closer to home last week and paid more for a car that took longer and wasn’t nearly as clean. Will keep coming here moving forward

  I Been detailing my own cars for years But with winter the hoses are off and I figured I try this place. Got the works package for a black suv. Was 70 dollars total. They spent a lot of time on the car. Interior was pretty much spotless. Black rims were really cleaned including the barrels (which I was Happily surprised ) I can’t see any extra swirls in direct sunlight which is nice. Only slight spot to improve in my opinion would be whatever “wax” is included for a 70 dollar package. You can feel pretty much no protection on the paint when sliding your hand across the paint. Next time I’d do this package and drive it home and polish and seal the car myself which still saves me time.
