  In short, I would highly recommend Total Performance in North Wales, with a shoutout to Dr. Alair Brock DPT.
  
  I recently completed 20 therapy sessions at Total Performance in North Wales for a neurological/muscular issue. Almost all the sessions were with Dr. Alair Brock. I would highly recommend Alair, as she was able to quickly address my issue and get me on the road to recovery. She also helped me restore a better level of overall fitness. I would not hesitate to go back to her again if needed.
  
  If you can’t get an appointment with Alair, the other therapists were also good, as was the front of the house in dealing with the insurance copayments and scheduling my future appointments. The range of patients ranged from rehabbing young athletes to seniors recuperating after surgery. So it’s likely that this PT practice will fit your situation.

  I have been rehabbing my shoulders, hand and right knee for the last several months. Thank you to Dr. Alair Brock for all of the patience and encouragement throughout the journey. I avoided knee surgery on my right knee because of your help. I have tried different exercises with you that I have avoided for years. Thank you to the entire team for encouragement. I have continued to be a chemist with the help of functional training. It has been great to have the support along the journey.

  I highly recommend Dr. Marta Buzik at Total Performance Physical Therapy in North Wales. My experience there was great and I felt results quickly. Marta is extremely knowledgeable and did an amazing job working with me to improve various issues. She is kind, professional, and very responsive to questions.
  The entire team was really friendly and pleasant to be around, and the front desk staff worked quickly to resolve an insurance issue for me. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

  A big thank you to Dr. Alair Brock for the wonderful care getting my shoulder/arm functioning again after rotator cuff repair. I was very happy with the progress I made each week. I would happily recommend the team at Total Performance North Wales to anyone that needs physical therapy.

  A huge Thank You to Dr. Dan Murphy and the entire Total Performance PT team! They have been and continue to be nothing but amazing in my PT journey to recovery after surgery. Thanks for helping me (and truly caring about my health & recovery) so I can get back to doing the things I love - I hiked Shenandoah National Park yesterday and it was epic!
  
  After surgery, most Doc’s will simply write a PT script to someone in their network. I highly suggest you take the time & do the research b/c getting a proper PT team in place is just as important as closing the right surgeon for your procedure.
