Over the year and a half I’ve been meeting with her, she has helped me make small steps towards a plant-based lifestyle. Learning how to cook meals differently from what I previously knew was the most enjoyable part of this process. She has various recipes pinned to her Pinterest to follow, so there are always options whenever you don’t know what to cook. Whether you want to start your journey by cutting down on your sugar intake, choosing healthier food options, or lose weight, it’s all up to you. She is there to guide you and help you reach your goals!
