  I had a back pain for over 4 years and i tried everything I could (new bed mattress,mattress-top,acupuncture,massages,pilates even hanging upside-down)with no positive results. Then I went to see Ryan and the results were almost immediately I did say anything to him since I thought it wasn't going to last. I was wrong now its been almost 1 month and my body feels likes its 10 years younger.
  
  Sadly I can only give him 5 ⭐️ they really deserve more.

  I started seeing Dr. Ryan eight weeks ago. Before having my first adjustment he spent time explaining how he treats the whole body. Well, I must have put all that information in a very safe and secure place as I didn’t use it at all for these past eight weeks. All I was focusing on was how Dr. Ryan was correcting and relieving the pain and discomfort in my back and legs which no one else was able to do. So how do I thank Dr. Ryan for all the changes that have occurred in my body in the last two months in so many different ways? Here are some changes.
  
  Always had allergies in the spring. All of a sudden I realize my eyes weren’t red and there was no itching, burning or tearing of the eyes. Then I realized I wasn’t using my eyedrops. Next, when lying on the floor to exercise I didn’t need a pillow to support my head. When I got into bed at night I usually took a Tylenol but now I’m going to bed without taking a Tylenol and a go right to sleep. I have not used a Tylenol or Advil since April 5. I have also noticed that my energy level is gone way up.
  
  When I realized I was having these changes I told Dr. Ryan as I was very excited and he would always smile, and I’m sure in his head he was saying, remember I told you what we do here we treat the whole body!
  
  So thank you again Dr. Ryan, for making such a difference in my life.

  I’m having a great experience with Total Life Chiropractic & Wellness. I was experiencing leg cramps and sciatica pain when I went in for my initial consultation in late February. Dr Gerri was welcoming and thorough with my initial exam and X-rays. She explained everything patiently. The adjustments that Dr Ryan has performed since then have been remarkable and my leg pain is almost completely gone! The entire office staff is friendly and welcoming which makes the whole experience a pleasant one. Thank you Total life Chiropractic! I would definitely recommend this office.

  OK how do I say thank you to Dr. Ryan? I have been seeing him for less than a month and I feel he changed my life. I have been in constant pain and seeing many different providers but not getting any relief and relying on Advil and Tylenol daily, which didn’t do much as the problem still existed. After my first visit, I thought I felt some relief but no that couldn’t be!
  But then, after a few more visit, I began feeling like a new beginning was happening. I have much more movement and I haven’t had any Tylenol or Advil, since I began my journey with Dr. Ryan. This is only the beginning, but I haven’t felt this good in years.

  I highly recommend Dr Ryan and the whole practice. My high school aged daughter had a frustrating sports injury which didn’t improve through traditional stretching or PT. Within a couple weeks of working with Dr Ryan there was significant improvement and within a month completely pain free and fully active. The thoughtful, open communication and the pleasant, personal approach are really impressive. We have referred several friends who’ve experienced similar results.
