(August 2, 2023, 1:44 pm)My partner and I had a fabulous experience taking semi-private Total Immersion swim lesson with Alice Laughlin! They were completely accommodating of the schedule we wanted which was 90 minutes per day for four consecutive days. This worked so well for getting good, solid personalized coaching for each of us, followed by time away from the pool to let things “gel” while we went biking or talking walks.
Thank you so much for such high-quality instruction. My swimming is so much better and my understanding so much bigger after those 4 days in June! Terry would be so pleased! -

I had the privilege of working with Alice (a co-founder) who helped me correct and improve my form. She is such a warm, kind, and vibrant person—my technique improved greatly thanks to her instruction, and I had a ton of fun throughout the process. -

I highly recommend Total Immersion whether you are new to swimming or have a new swimming challenge in front of you!

(February 11, 2023, 8:07 am)I had two half-day sessions with Alice in the home studio. It was transformative. As I put those lessons into practice, my body position in the water has changed completely and my stroke is more efficient. Alice was friendly, upbeat, and patient. Nothing about the experience was intimidating. If you are unsure whether TI will improve your swimming, take the plunge!

(September 1, 2021, 9:40 pm)I spent a great day with Alice in two sessions. The first was in the indoor pool and the second in the outdoor pool. After several years of self study using TI books and videos, Alice was able to assure me that I was on the right path and she was able to correct some issues and give instruction to improve my freestyle stroke and breathing. She really gave me a lot to work on when I got home and inspired me to plan another road trip next year to continue my TI experience. TI has made swimming fun and I would recommend it to anyone.
