  I cannot say enough great things about this company and their process! I brought them in to do a HUGE job - soundproofing my dance studio's entire ceiling. It was no small feat as the interior of the ceiling itself was a mess, the ceiling different levels at different places, not to mention it was a very large area to cover.
  
  Total Homes brought in a fantastic team that communicated with throughout the process, made things easy to understand and gave me an amazing result!
  
  They even came back several times to test the sound, trouble shoot and do additional finishing touches to ensure that the sound proofing was perfect and everyone on both sides was happy. I would HIGHLY recommended them if you are considering any type of soundproofing!

  I have lived in a garden level home for the past 11 years. It has its advantages, but it also has its disadvantages. When you have a family with children living above you, it can be quite irritating when they are running and jumping all over the house. It feels like you’re in a war zone and it is annoying when you are trying to sleep
  
  I have always rented, but recently I purchased a garden-level townhome in the same community where I rent. I expect to live there for a long time and I would like to sleep soundly. My wife would also appreciate a sound sleep since she is a nurse who works the graveyard shift and would like to sleep peacefully during the day
  
  I did not know that soundproofing a celling was even possible until I Googled it and found Total Home Interiors (THI). And boy was I glad I found them. They advertise themselves as acoustical consultants, but they also do window treatments, home flooring, theaters and automation of your home.
  
  I wanted to soundproof my bedroom ceiling, especially since I already knew that the family living above me had two boys. I called THI and a man named Glen answered the phone and he carefully explained everything to me in great detail about how his crew would soundproof my bedroom ceiling. He answered all of my questions. He even emailed me a document with detailed specs on how he would soundproof my bedroom. I was really impressed with Glen’s professionalism plus he was also kind and courteous.
  
  I signed a contract with THI in May to soundproof my bedroom during the first week of July.
  
  Glen runs the company from the administrative end. He describes to you how he will improve the quality of your life.
  
  Then there is Rich. He is the artist who brings Glen’s work to life. Rich is the man who engineers the entire project from start to finish. He started on the exact date that we had agreed upon. He had a crew of four other men and they completed the work in seven days. Glen also installed two light fixtures for me and he did some other side carpentry jobs. This man knows how to do everything and he is also personable like Rich
  
  When they finished, it appeared as if no one had been in that room. They were immaculately clean and tidy.
  
  After they finished and my wife and I moved in, we could hear the children above us running if we were in another room, but if we were in our bedroom and closed the door, we hardly heard anything. If we did hear any sounds, they were muffled thanks to the excellent and diligent work of THI
  
  It feels so good to get some quality sleep and not have to worry about being disturbed by the stomping sound of children's feet
  
  I highly recommend Glen and Rich and the entire crew at THI for soundproofing a room or celling. Actually, I would recommend them for almost anything your home needs. These guys know how to do everything
  
  Let me put it another way. If you have noisy people living above you and they are making your life miserable and depriving you of precious sleep, who ya gonna call, THI.

  Glenn and his team were hired to soundproof my company's office. They are knowledgeable, kind and honest. The building where we lease office space was/is extremely difficult to work with and Glenn and his crew responded promptly, respectfully and creatively with each unanticipated challenge thrown our way. The team identified creative and aesthetically pleasing solutions to deal with all our acoustic problems of the space and completed the work in the timeframe promised. I would highly recommend and hope that we can work together again!

  Our building is a wood frame building, so sound travels SUPER easily. After searching a bit and having many consultations, we finally found Total Home Interiors, who soundproofed our bedroom/master bathroom ceiling. Glenn is amazing, and his team members Rich and Glenn were just as wonderful. Quick to help, caring, and efficient throughout the whole process. We have asked the team to come back to help us with another project since we loved working with them so much. HIGHLY recommend them for any soundproofing needs-it truly worked, and they know what they are doing!
