I’ve been using total dental care for over 20 years and the staff there is absolutely amazing! The receptionist are all so nice and my hygienist Judy is the best! They make a dental appointment an absolute pleasure! Dr Melton is very thorough and caring! Thank you everyone!!!!
In all my years of visiting the dentist, I have never had this tremendous, awesome, caring, thorough and professional experience. Judy, the hygienist who attended to me was more than amazing.
The facility is clean, the staff very professional and the service exceptional. If I could have given 100 stars, they would get it with ease. Great experience!! Wow!!
Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. And of course the dentists are very good. I had a chipped front tooth repaired and they took the time and care to make the color match and make sure it was comfortable.
And the hygienists are outstanding as well.
I was treated to a polite and professional reception. My hygienist was professional and walked me through step by step, explaining everything she did for me, and stopping to make sure I understood what was going to be done and to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The DDS came in and reviewed my X-rays and did a thorough review of my my full mouth He took the time to review my X-rays and discuss each frame so I understood what he saw.
Personally I don’t like going to the dentist but this place made me feel calm and my anxiety was nil
I have been seeing Dr Melton for several years he is by far the kindest most thorough and qualified dentist I have ever been to. He is an expert at administering injections and never causes any pain. Like most people I never really looked forward to going to the dentist but now it's a pleasure.
Also Judy the hygienist is a super nice compassionate professional . She always does an amazing job and is a pleasure to speak with.
