  Patty was SO helpful in our search for marketplace insurance. Before her, I was getting bombarded by 50 calls a day once I inputted my information into the public marketplace and it wasn't helpful. When I found Patty at Total Benefit Solutions, she was willing to have us come into the office and walk through everything together and it's just what we needed! Everything else felt like spam, she talked us through and answered all our questions and is like our personal concierge! I love it!

She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that we found a plan that fit our needs and budget.

  I was so overwhelmed by the process of changing my insurance after some health issues...all the hoops to jump through seemed like they would never end but the team at Total Benefit Solutions made things a walk in the park! Patty specifically was so knowledgeable and responsive, I actually felt like I understood the process by the time things were all in place. If you need help navigating the choppy waters of even a seemingly simple process as I did I would highly recommend you take advantage of all the services they have to offer!
