  This is my absolute favorite restaurant in little neck . The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The waitress is also amazing and always efficient, happy and polite . The staff is great , Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for the best Italian restaurant.

  I am a very picky eater and usually have issues with everything. I ordered the salmon and spinach which was wonderful. The salmon was fresh, tasty and cooked the right way. The spinach was also fresh and delicious. No stomach ache so the handling of the food was careful. Pleasantly surprised!! I’ll definitely order this again.

  I Stopped in for a quick bite and it was very good. Toskana Pizzeria had a nice selection of pizza to choose from. The Staff is very nice, And they have parking. I will be stopping when near by.

  Ive been coming here since I was in middle school and I'm in high school. The quality has been consistently good throughout the years and the owner's super friendly and nice. He's always sweet and up to answer any questions you got! I really recommend coming here, if not for the food, then come for the atmosphere. It's got a nice homey feeling and the vibe is super friendly and happy.

  Thanks to my friend for this introduction. I do not like pasta, and I am extremely picky with pizza. However, Toskana changed my mind. Only restaurant I will eat its pasta. The pizza is mediocre but like I said, I’m picky. The pasta that I always go for is the Pesto Rosso Toskana paired with the tossed salad and creamy Italian dressing. For some strange reason, they go very well together. The chicken is not over cooked and the sauce in the pasta is flavorful - not sour. They always give free garlic knots with my order and it’s good with the sauce from the pesto rosso. One of the great things about Toskana is their location. If you check their website, you can see the various locations. Service is always great and I have nothing to complain about.
