  We rely heavily on copying/printing/faxing, so our machines are put through a lot of stress. If we ever have a problem, it is important that it gets fixed immediately. Thankfully, whenever we have an issue, Carlton gets back to us promptly, and never fails to come up with a solution. If you are lucky enough to deal with Carlton, rest assured that you are in good hands.

  Whenever I call a technician for a service call, I am always so delighted when Carlton Howington shows up at our office! He always calls ahead of time to let us know if he's running late/when works for us, etc. and is always genuinely concerned about fixing the problem upon arrival. He brightens up our office with his smile and positive attitude, and never leaves until we are 100% satisfied; he has us double-check everything to make sure it's exactly how we want it. He is extremely knowledgeable about Toshiba's products, and has taken lots of time to teach our staff about our machine to prevent further issues- Carlton is the BEST!
