  Wonderful casual byob sushi place in Montclair. Service was extremely attentive and friendly, and food was very good and well priced. We even ordered a few higher end sushi pieces like raw shrimp and enjoyed it very much. They also offer a discount if you pay with cash which is great. I will definitely be back again for a weekend lunch or casual dinner.

  It's definitely a hidden gem in the local sushi scene. Sushi is always on point! I recommend the Raymond Roll. The place is very calm and laid back, and never crowded. BYOB option is great. My only problem is the music. They play a mix of early 2000s pop, which takes away from the ambiance. It gets annoying, especially when the customer volume is low. Lofi or chillout would be more appropriate as a background for a place like this.

  I really enjoyed the movie box I ate that had some cool beef rolls and fried shumai. Place has a good vibe that feels comfortable. We also ate on a Saturday afternoon so it was quiet there. Also enjoyed the udon noodle broth and shrimp tempura. Will try and come back to try out more stuff.

  We enjoyed 3 rolls here on Saturday evening. Every table was taken, and the lone waitress was working very hard to accommodate everyone. The sushi is consistent here - always fresh ! The rolls were delicious. One was spicy tuna crunch. One was the Americano. Excellent !
