  John and Toro PT did a great job helping me fix my form on Olympic lifts and my running form. I had debilitating lower back pain from running so I went to John and his techniques and assessment of my issue helped me get better. Thanks and I look forward to starting to run more now!

  I’m so glad that I went to Toro for physical therapy! They helped me resolve my shoulder pain, knee pain and mobility for injuries I had. I’ve honestly had the best PT experience and enjoyed working with John and Tim as we progressed through my plan. I highly recommend Toro for all your PT needs!

  John and his team are nothing but short of perfectness! Came in with a pretty grueling shoulder pain I’ve been having for years. Helped me get through and back to smashing personal best at the gyms! Also while talking with them they found out they found out i have not been able to squat for so long due to a nagging ligament injury I’ve had since highschool. John wasn’t scared and tackled It head on! Am i back to squatting with 0 pain! Now i feel amazing and am for sure going back to see John anytime I have any issue!

  I’m not athletic anymore or very coordinated, I’m not strong or fast; but as long as I keep moving my body will heal.
  John & Staff are truly amazing, they make your time at physical therapy fun and very satisfying. They give you obtainable goals and challenge you to do more. I’ve been to several different places and seen different therapists over the past 6 years due to shoulder and spinal injuries that became major surgeries. I’ve always dreaded going or cried after, never felt like I was making progress. John and the Staff at Toro were great in the from the evaluation & development of my PT plan. I can’t wait to get back in and see what they have in store for me once I’m healed up from my most recent surgeries.

  I’ve been going to see Dr. John, the owner of Toro, for about six months. I’m a 58-year-old woman who has never stepped foot into a gym or exercised other than high school gym class. I came in for physical therapy because I was having serious back and foot issues I was losing my balance on a regular basis and falling. I have been to physical therapy before, and begrudgingly went again with literally no expectation of it helping.
  
  Six months later, I am still going twice a week, and I love it! I look forward to going because John and his staff make it fun. The atmosphere is positive and encouraging, everyone is super friendly, and everyone really knows their stuff. They actually make individual workout plans for each person and change it up every four weeks!!
  
  I plan to continue going to Toro Physical therapy after my physical therapy issues have been resolved. I’ve never felt better in my life and it’s all thanks to Toro physical therapy. If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend going to see Toro. It has literally changed my life.
  
  P.S. I haven’t fallen in for months!
