  Top Tier Automotive provides exceptional service. They immediately take me in when my car is in need of repair. They go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. They are honest and kind people. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to go to a mechanic that you can rely on and trust.

  As a former Nissan Auto Technician I don’t usually use other shops for my family’s repairs but I completely trust James and his team at Top Tier. He repaired my sons Audi and got it in perfect running order quickly, affordably and professionally.

  Would highly recommend top tier automotive. I have had an oil change and exhaust repair done on my car here. Greg and his staff are incredibly friendly and reliable. Good pricing as well.

  Greg and his team have helped service my older Mazda 5 with replacing coolant hoses and a weird oil in antifreeze situation. The repair took time to resolve (3 days) but once it has been repaired has been running great since then. They have also performed NYS inspection on my newer Mazda CX-5 and Hyundai Kona. Both cars were efficiently tested and was in and out within 30 minutes. Super friendly and didn’t feel like I was gouged on any way. Continued success.

  I had front brake pads and rotors replaced on my Honda 2014 and an inspection done. Top Tier Automotive did an excellent job, they were very efficient, and reasonably priced. While I was there
  the mechanic showed me that the tread on my tires had cracks in the treads. I had Top Tier automotive replace all 4 tires with Michelin tires. What a difference the tires have a much deeper
  tread compared with the Goodyear tires I had on my car. The Goodyear tires I had on my car were
  replaced only 3 years earlier by a discount tire company. Goodyear would not stand behind there
  car tires claiming that cracks in tire tread is not covered under there warranty. I am glad I have
  mechanics like Top Tier Automotive who noticed the cracking in the tire treads. It is not worth
  risking one’s life driving around on tires that have cracks in them.
