  Hands down the best! They really live by their name Top Tier. Eddy was a pleasure to work with - from scheduling to receiving the final product. I had a full detail including ceramic coating. My paint is in better condition than when I drove it off the lot. I am very picky and a perfectionist when it comes to my car, but at Top Tier you are in trusted hands. I will be back for more services and advise everyone to do the same! Thank you Eddy and crew for bringing my car back to life!

  Reached out to them for PPF for 2023 Rav4 xse. Let me summarize "Eddie is a gentleman and a man of his word". Experience has been more than excellent. I had the PPF done on front nose and rocker panels of my vehicle. They did take their time but did excellent job. After few weeks i noticed that PPF from the right side on the bumper peeled off. I called Eddie and brought the car back in the shop. The staff said he will call back. He called back and explained the situation which made sense as bumper is tricky with lot of stress points for PPF. But to my surprise he didn't make any excuses, he stood by his word and suggested he would like to keep car for few days as he want to replace the entire bumper PPF to avoid any reoccurance as PPf seems to have memory points. When i went to pick up the vehicle he welcomed with smile and his words were," if anything goes wrong with PPF don't worry, its under warranty". As a customer I felt 100% satisfied and have no hesitation in recommending him/shop. I found a place where I can bring my cars for future services and have already been recommending them anytime someone asks me for an honest auto body shop.

  Top Tier did full ceramic and paint protection film on the front of my 2023 ZL1. Eddie and his team went the extra mile installing the ppf. Pricing was better than any other shops around. They were accommodating in scheduling because of late delivery of the car. I plan on bring my 2018 Hot Wheels Camaro to Top Tier. They are the best. Thanks

  I came to Top Tier to have full body paint protection film and ceramic coating applied to my Lucid Air. Having found this shop based on a Google search, I was unsure of the kind of service I would receive. The owner, Eddie, was a pleasure to work with and booked an appointment for me with ease over the phone. He was very accommodating when I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to a delay in delivery and even honored the pricing he originally quoted me.
  
  All of the staff at Top Tier Auto Spa are courteous and professional. They handled my car with the utmost care. This was the shop's first Lucid Air, but Eddie was very knowledgeable about the whole process and would call and text me routinely with updates. He even invited me to check in on the progress of their work periodically. He made me feel very comfortable that his team would do a great job. All in all, it took them a week to complete their work and it was impeccable. It is very hard to see any seams or edges of the PPF even when looking for them.
  
  When I came to pick up my car, he went through a detailed review of everything they did. Not only was this for my benefit, but it looked like Eddie himself was doing quality control to ensure the work was up to his standards.
  
  I would definitely recommend Top Tier Auto Spa to anyone looking for professional care care services. Their hand wash packages are very reasonably priced as are their detail packages. I will be bringing my Lucid and my other vehicles here for years to come as I wouldn't trust anyone else to clean my car. Eddie's extremely friendly attitude and excellent service have created a customer for life.

  I brought my C8 to Top Tier to get Full Paint Protection & Ceramic Coat. They did not disappoint! The job was done perfect, super clean & finished in a timely manner. Eddie was great walking me through all the different options available. Thanks again you have a customer for life!
