(July 8, 2023, 9:37 pm)This is the best fine dining in the Lehigh valley. The specials are always a game changer, and their unique take on original items like Cesar salad is impressive. The cucumber basil cocktail is a memory in itself. This anniversary we had Patrick as our waiter and the service was incomparable. Beautiful and delicious.

(May 14, 2023, 5:24 pm)Absolutely delicious! Almost even more appreciated than the amazing food, is the service. Since the pandemic hit, waitstaff skills have plummeted across the board. The service at Top Cut is truly excellent; they take their time articulating the specials, allowing me time to process what they're saying and describing. They give the patrons time and space to enjoy the meal, while also keeping a watchful eye on anything that needs a refill or to be cleared from the table. Small tip -- if you get a garlic clove on your steak, don't let that go to waste. You're welcome. 😊

We had my gentlemen’s dinner for my wedding party here and it was a great night with an awesome staff. Their specials are great and we will of course continue to come back for more phenomenal meals.
