He is able to offer specific therapy support and coaching because of his deep knowledge and years of experience. Gerry has a direct style of conveying his perspective, yet offers us care, compassion, and grace. He reminds us the importance of vulnerability while we struggle to build trust and communication in our marriage. Gerry creates a space where I feel heard and validated.

One trait I really appreciate is his ability to listen to me ramble for minutes on end and then reflect back to me the essence of what I said in a concise manner. He has helped me tremendously with both processing events from my past and dealing with current stresses.

I was so impressed with the experience that I brought in my wife for couples therapy. Deeply insightful, Jerry always leaves you with something to think about and put into practice. Highly recommend!

(December 11, 2022, 1:19 pm)I started seeing Jerry when I was in the process of a divorce after a long marriage and he was immensely helpful in helping me transition to a new phase of my life. Jerry uses various tools and techniques, including the Four Agreements; mapping familial histories & patterns; And Jungian dream analysis to help unlock memories and insights. At the same time, he was flexible and open to my ideas and input about what would be helpful in my particular circumstances. Sessions are similar to talking with an intuitive, insightful friend. I’ve seen other therapists and often feel that I am repeating my history over and over without making much progress. That is not the case with Jerry. He listens closely and makes suggestions that help me move forward.
