  We recently purchased a Milwaukee M18 Lawn Mower online and noticed we were missing a bolt when we went to assemble it. We reached out to see if they could send us the missing bolt, and Zack was quick to follow up and contacted the Milwaukee rep to send a replacement. Really appreciated the helpful and speedy customer support!

  Tool Nut was incredibly responsive with my purchase and got it delivered in a timely manner. The tool I bought ended up having an issue from the factory and Rhiannon V. Handled my return immediately with a paid label for return. Making the entire process, that would have been a headache, very simple and painless. Highly recommend this company and using Rhiannon V.   I started buying from Tool Nut a couple years ago and spent a lot of money with them since. Shipments are always super quick and the couple of times I've reached out to them with questions, they were extremely helpful, easy to talk to and overall just very friendly people. I had a shipment that had some shipping damage recently. I took a couple pictures that I sent along with my explanation to support, and within 48 hours they responded back apologizing for the shipping damage and had replacement products already packaged up ready to ship. I will continue to buy from Tool Nut for as long as my wallet will allow. 5-Star, 100% recommend!

  Excellent customer service! First time buyer at Toolnut got myself a Makita track saw with 118’ track. smooth transaction and fast delivery but the carrier destroyed the long track. Called TN and they ordered another one right away. Got it this morning and it looks great. Thanks toolNut! Will come back for more Makitas!

  Highly recommend!! I love the small business attitude in customer care and willingness to help that I experienced when ordering a Festool Domino Joiner DX7. Rhiannon not only friendly but went out of her way to be very helpful and as an added bonus, saw to it for a nominal $5 fee that my order didn't take the usual 3 business days to ship out! I highly recommend Tool Nut to anyone considering buying product. I try to always cut out Amazon and love finding small businesses such as Tool Nut that are the same price with far better service! Thank you again Rhiannon and Tool Nut!! Will be returning for more product from you soon!
