Classes and personal training are very reasonably priced. I'm constantly learning something new from Janet and her trainers. She has helped me reach and maintain both my nutrition and my fitness goals. Give her a try - you won't be disappointed!

Her space is clean and professional. The motivation is through the roof!! Only 5 stars cause thats all I had to give!!!
