  Friendly, courteous, professional and above all very knowledgeable. Family owned business who really knows their stuff. They obviously take pride in getting the details right and doing things the right way. Highly recommended for any well pump or water quality issues.

  Great, friendly and very knowledgeable crew. Got to us quickly in our time of need and went above and beyond in service. Josh was absolutely great and was great at explaining everything and answering all questions! Highly recommend this great New Milford company!!!

  Responded within an hour to rescue us from a water heater that decided to.go kaput just like that. I approved rough estimate over the phone, discussed what I needed, and boom, Tom shows up with a shiny new high quality hot water heater. An hour later, boom, steamy hot water is flowing.

  If you want reliable and high quality work, these are the guys for you. Very responsive and quick to come out on a service call, the guys that came were top notch: they patiently explained what they were doing and did so in a way that didn't make me feel as ignorant as I was about the specific issue I had. They are a bit, but not dramatically, more expensive than other options in the area. When you're dealing with a plumbing issue, though, it is far, far better to pay a little more to have it done right the first time than to pay less at first only to need the plumber to come back to repeatedly address the same issue.
  
  After using the services of several plumbers in the area, I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

  we had several experts come to evaluate the poor pressure we had at our home including the state - in one visit with Tomascek the problem was diagnosed and within a week it was fixed. this guy really is an expert !
