  Had a great experience! Needed a new SSD for my laptop and they installed it without any issues! 1 week later and everything is still running smoothly. Would highly recommend!

  My primary work PC crashed over the weekend. First thing Monday morning Tom diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs and upgrades, and I was back in full and improved operation by 3 pm. Tom patiently explained the issues and the most cost-effective options to me before moving forward. Prompt, efficient, professional service. Great experience!!   Didn't know what I was doing. But they were very helpful. Explained everything to me so I could understand it. And fixed my laptop faster than I thought. Brought it in on a Thursday afternoon and the next day (Friday) afternoon they said it was all fixed and ready to be picked up.

  I brought in my Lenovo lap top to be repaired when the hinge failed. I had no receipt and could not remember date that it was bought. They were able to find the date of sale and the warranty that had only three days left on it. They then stayed with me as I called Lenovo to explain the situation. I was able to even extend my warranty right there in their office. I sent the computer back to the Lenovo company and had no out of pocket charges. This says volumes about their integrity. Since then, I have asked then to do a "spring cleaning " on the same laptop. Again I was met by a very friendly staff and very prompt service. I would highly recommend this company.

  I had the most wonderful experience getting my computer fixed! I only had to pay the wonderful Diagnostic Fee of $89.99 and they fixed my issue. Will definitely recommend this small business to everyone because the amount of care they have is amazing! 10/10 if I could!
