  Quite literally, every aspect of our experience with Tom Jannace Roofing was in line with not only what we expected, but what we wanted, and they exceeded even those levels.
  
  Tom and his son Nick were professional, experienced, and took the time to explain a variety of solutions that applied to our unique situation given our 30 yr old roof.
  
  When it came time for the job, the team was there early, and stayed until the job was done and the construction site was left immaculately clean...like they had never even been there, much to our satisfaction. In all honesty, unless you saw the work being done on the scheduled day, you'd never know that we had a full construction team up there running a full tear-off, and re-sheathing the roof right down to the decking.
  
  We have younger children and pets, and I can say we have not even found a single roofing nail left behind since the job was done. We're more than pleased with the color of the shingles, the operation of that active cooling in the attic, and the reduction in our energy costs ever since the job.
  
  If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. Call Tom today and put all of your roofing worries into his hands. I'm more than confident his team will leave you more than happy with their work.

  Tom Jannace and his son Nick did an excellent job on out GAF roof installation. Skylights and gutters were also replaced. Price was very fair. The crew were neat and did a great job. Tom and Nick were at the job site almost the entire time. Would highly recommend.

  Tom & his crew were great!!! Friendly, courteous & respectful. They cleaned up every part of my yard to a tee (was a bit worried with having 2 dogs who have full roam of the yard... but nothing to worry about). Price was on par with the other 3 quotes. Full rip & install in 2 days (have a larger hip roof)...all valleys done with ice barrier, re-flashed the chimney area & installed an attic fan. Very happy with the quality of work done by Tom Jannace Roofing Inc. We definitely recommend using Tom & his crew for any roof work.

  Tom Jannace roofing was amazing! Very prompt when coming for an estimate and giving us a price. Very affordable price, we got a whole new roof, plus some plywood and all new gutters. Tom was there overseeing the whole process and his son Nick was very helpful with the financing process. Would highly recommend!
