When checking out and the person helping me with checkout asks “did you find everything you were looking for today?”- my response is usually (with a smile) “I wasn’t quite looking for anything”- simply put I go there not looking for anything specific and almost always spend quite a good amount of money.

(April 25, 2023, 10:01 pm)This TJ Maxx location is great. There is a ton of runway pieces… more than typical runway locations. There is always a bargain to be found within the aisles.
The best part of this location though is the staff especially Manager Maryam.
I had an unfortunate incident where two other customers grabbed two dresses I had reserved while I was in the changing room trying on some other clothes. She was able to at least recover one of the dress which happened to be a gift for my mom. Despite the other customer being shockingly rude and very much unapologetic, Maryam was able to handle the matter very politely and with great tact.
She even credited me a discount for the inconvenience and all the other employees expressed much regret with my experience.
Thank you - it may not seem like much but you made my day and I am grateful for your help. -

(April 22, 2023, 7:59 pm)TJ Maxx always seems to have just the right item that my wife is looking for. This has become a weekly destination visit. Even if just browsing, there is some particular delight in finding a real bargain. Selection is great. Prices are terrific!!!

(September 4, 2022, 4:56 pm)Huge selection of runway items! A ton of higher end brands here. If I was coming in for a purse, I’d be leaving with too many of them! Sales team was great, not too much hovering and did a wonderful job assisting in the fitting rooms
