  We stayed here while in the area for a dance competition for our girls. We loved it. Darren is the nicest salt of the earth guy you will ever meet. We arrived he had us un-hitch and drop our TT in the road and used the bobcat to get it in the spot so we wouldn't have to wiggle back and forth in. The whole camp is full of full mature trees. We had so much shade it was great. We had an issue with our electric plug and Darren was right there to help me replace the plug and get it back to relaxing. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. We only had water and electric but they came 2x a week to pump out our tanks. I think they even did it a few times extra with out extra charges. The amenities are plentiful and since it was a holiday weekend they even had extra. The 2 pools were a little chilly but a great way to cool off. They had putt putt golf, volleyball courts, basketball, pedal cars and so much more. It seems that the park is a lot of full time residents. Which is great because people look out for each other and are very friendly. We unfortunately weren't able to spend a lot of time of the park because the coming and going of our competition but the times we were there it was amazing. Sadly it's not closer to home or this would be a frequent for us. But we will definitely come back.

  Very fun place to stay, plenty of trees for shade making it cool and comfortable. Very quiet at night and lots of kids to play with. Every sport you could think of can be played here. There’s a playground and a fun mini golf course and the staff here are hospitable and friendly.

  Just returned from a cabin rental for Memorial Day weekend. I haven’t been to Tip Tam in about 30 years from when I was a kid. I loved it then and I’m so happy to say I loved it again. And so did my children (7&8), they were tired every night, (nuff said about that if you’re a parent). It was clean, bathrooms were clean, showers were great, the people were nice, the kids all played well together, the staff was very nice and welcoming. They had a lot of activities for both adults and children and families inclusively. We can’t wait to go back and enjoy some more time there. Thank you Darren and everyone we’ll definitely be back!!!!

  The whole campground was Fabulous! The most accommodating and Friendly staff I have ever come across. They bend over backwards for you. This was our first visit there and rest assured that we will definitely be going back to this resort. Just wish we would have gone there sooner in the season. Can not wait till next season! Thank you to everyone that works there! The Matthews Family

  This place is great!! wonderful atmosphere throughout the whole week and activities for kids on the weekends. The staff are very helpful and extra nice. we met some lovely people here and extended our stay because we did not want to leave. I definitely recommend and would happily come back again.
