  Here is my story! I ordered my wedding dress from another store in Philly, and unfortunately they did not update me about the status of my dress on time. So, I was so nervous and kept looking to find another store where sells Kitty Chen dresses. Dan, Tina's Bridal, talked with me a few times on the phone! They helped me a lot to find the same dress in the same size! Finally, my dress got ready from the first store where I ordered, and I didn't have a chance to get my dress from Tina's bridal. But I am just here to appreciate their GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! even for other brides who are not their customers! Thank you so much Dan! I highly recommend all brides to chose a store with good customer service! That's all you need from your bridal store... :)

  They were very helpful. My bridesmaids and mother in law purchased their dresses for my wedding from Tinas. The staff was patient and understanding. Great little family owned place. They did a good job with the alterations for my gown. Overall will recommend and return myself.

  After going through numerous bridal shops I finally found my dress. The manager was soo helpful! She determines what youre looking for and what would look good on you. This was a different experience since she picks out dresses compared to other places where youre unsure about all the dresses and pick out 50 to try on. They have such a large selection of dresses!! I like that their price includes alterations so you just worry about one price and that’s it.

  They are INCREDIBLE! After Demetrios at Macy's in Willowbrook never actually ordered my replacement dress and didn't tell me until 3 weeks before my wedding, I was in a horrible bind to find something. I went to Tina's the next day and they were WONDERFUL. They spent 3 hours with me trying on whatever dresses they had in or near my size until I found the perfect one. Maria was vital with feedback and kept me sane throughout the entire stressful experience. They started my first fitting that day and had my dress ready in two weeks considering my circumstances. They didn't take advantage of my situation and charge rush fees. I was treated with so much respect, compassion, and attention that I was in awe. I recommend them to everyone for their wedding and formal events needs. They are wonderful and I am so incredibly grateful!
