  I have worked with Ed for over 25 years. That speaks volumes about his professionalism, character and integrity. As a small business owner of a graphic design shop, I can't afford to make mistakes.   I've been buying printing for over 40 years and have working with Tiger Press for over 10 years. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They make the projects I require for my various marketing needs look fabulous. They help meet my deadlines and are willing to offer advice on how the job could look better and go more smoothly. They often offer new technology solutions and applications that help to meet that end. This company is always evolving with the goal higher quality and efficiency.
  
  If it was just the technical aspects of printing my jobs and getting them to me on time, I'd be happy.
  
  But beyond the technical is how welcome they make a customer feel. You get the message that they are working as a team with customer satisfaction being one of the main goals. Everyone I've worked with there has done their best to resolve whatever issues I might have. Be it trying to make a really impossible deadline or finding a different way to produce a difficult marketing piece. It's a very comforting thing to know that they are doing everything in their power to help me accomplish my goals.
  
  When the occasional problem comes up (and they always do eventually), they work the problem to solve the issue, then do a review after the fact to see how that issue can be resolved. I feel like most companies can do a job if everything is perfect. The real test is when things start to go south, how does that company respond? Tiger press just steps up, just get the job done, then figure out the issues when the fire is out. If it's something I've done wrong (most often), they provide advice on how to eliminate the issue in future jobs. Everyone I've met at Tiger Press is just trying to do the best job they can and are consummate professionals in how they go about it. I strongly feel that they are a vested partner in helping me to achieve the goals I have within my company. They always find a way to make me look good.
  
  In this day and age, that sort of customer service and quality product is pretty old school and really hard to come by.
  
  If you're looking to step up the quality and efficiency of your printing needs, I can't think of a better company to work with.
