He was flexible and generous with his time and I am very glad my guitar instructor referred me to him. Mike changed the strings on my guitar and it sounded fantastic when I played it. Thanks to him, I feel confident in tuning my guitar and replacing strings. I will still bring it to him for maintenance because he's an expert at what he does.

(February 1, 2021, 5:29 pm)We took a guitar that my son and I built from a kit here. Wasn't all of the way together and really needed some expertise getting it right. Mike did an excellent job - he was interested in us having the right guitar, not one that we poured a lot of money into. He advised us on the right hardware for my son and not upgrading things that he didn't feel was worth upgrading. An honest man with great knowledge and skill. Thanks Mike!

(December 19, 2017, 10:37 am)Mike does good work! Honest, thorough, down-to-earth, a real nice pleasant guy, and willing to answer all sorts of questions. He's worked on my acoustics, electrics, and amps over the years. He's got a lot knowledge and skill, and seems to give the same attention and care to all work whether it's "high end" or "low end" stuff. It's great to have a go-to person to trust. Highly recommended.
