  A friend recommended Ryan Smith and his team at Tier 1 when we were looking to move within Avon. He did an awesome job leveraging social media to gather interest on the home we were selling; I think this is something that really sets Tier 1 apart from other brokers in the area. We had people wanting to tour the house before it was even officially listed! Ryan told us what to expect at each step of the process and made selling our home very hassle-free. We had a good offer within a couple days of listing but ended up holding out for a better offer a few weeks later.
  
  Ryan had a good understanding of what we were looking for in a new home and didn’t waste our time with houses out of our price range or not meeting certain must-haves. He always made himself available for showings and worked around our schedule. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable of the Avon area and would go over the pros and cons of locations, house features, etc.
