Been going to this cleaner for a few years. Daniel has always been very professional and friendly. Dry cleaning has always been ready on time. Very convenient location.

I was looking for a company to take pride and responsibility for doing a good job and I think I found one. The staff was polite and attentive. Turnaround time was about 2 days and my clothes look like new! My blazers looked and felt so crisp and fresh, like the staff really cared about my clothes. Prices are reasonable and I don't mind as long as service is good. I also like the fact that that they do alterations and I can't wait to use that service.

Tide Cleaners in Oxford, CT is awesome! Their dry cleaning service is great! Daniel always provides excellent customer service. When I had problems with the Tide app, Miguel Lopez, their General Manager reached out to me via email and phone to fix my problem. Awesome support and customer service!
