I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Forbes and her practice. Dr. Forbes is kind, warm, funny, takes the time to listen to all my concerns, and extremely thorough. When I have called with a question about a symptom she has gotten on the phone with me right then and there—I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that with a doctor! Tevya, Dr. Forbes’s Office Manager, is as terrific as Dr. Forbes. He responds to calls promptly, takes care of my insurance authorizations incredibly quickly, and is just as warm and kind as Dr. Forbes. I’ve been without a PCP for a while because I’ve had some less than positive experiences with a few doctors in the past. But Dr. Forbes put me completely at ease and was sensitive to my concerns. This is the kind of practice you wish existed in more places with truly personal attention and genuine caring—all with efficiency and superior medical care. I have told all my family about Dr. Forbes because that’s how terrific she and ITAV are. Thank you for all you do from a grateful patient!
