(April 13, 2017, 10:14 am)I decided to try some place new to get my repairs done on my vehicle. This business goes above and beyond expectations. The owners Hubert-Patty and Patty Thompson made me feel great. Both honest and humble. I had brake and rotor work done. They did a great job.
Patty gave me a quote of price with an itemized bill at the end, as well as, an estimate from the area with similar work done to compare their pricing. Very competitive price.
Very happy with results. As a small business owner myself I would recommend Thompson to anyone and everyone.

The customer service cannot be overstated; from my first entrance into the building, I had the door held open for me with a smile. The technician forgot to turn off the maintenance required light, which would have required a return trip to turn off- not a big deal to me. However, Patty (the owner) offered to have her husband come and turn off the light himself at my home, at my convenience. Most important, my car is running smoother than ever! My only advice to other customers is to leave a few minutes early, as the shop can be a little hard to find.
