He coordinated showings with the tenants and eventually found a buyer and got my house sold at top dollar. I literally did not have to do a thing. He was absolutely professional and I would recommend him without any reservation.

(September 16, 2021, 11:50 am)I was referred to Thomas to sell my mothers home on Staten Island after she passed away. Since I lived an hour away, I needed a realtor that I could trust and rely on with the sale, as well as look after the house and coordinating any work.Thomas did not disappoint. When we first met, we walked the house and developed a plan which involved emptying the contents, performing maintenance work and then placing the house on the market. Thomas was able to bring the necessary resources to accomplish all those tasks. In the end, I had an offer substantially above the asking price within 4 days of being placed on the market.
While selling a house is always stressful, I found Thomas to be very personable, responsive and knowledgeable about the current real estate market, which in my experience made the whole process go smoothly.
