  Tom is a true professional in the real estate industry. He readily understood our needs even when we had difficulty clearly explaining things. Tom is a skilled negotiator and discreet, clever and firm when it comes to working for his clients. We originally purchased our home with Tom and promised to return for his guidance if we decided to sell. Because of an overseas employment opportunity, we returned in a panic to hire Tom to sell the property. He calmed us, took charge of all details and managed to have multiple offers at asking price within 3 weeks.
