Thomas Newell helped me so much when my neighbors dog got loose and bit me while walking to my car. The dog was not up to date with its shots and seemed more aggressive then normal so we thought it could have rabies. I had to go through the pain of getting the rabies shots which was a horrible and painful experience, worse then the bite itself.
