  I contacted Mr. Germinario in hopes of obtaining a patent on a medical device. I have found Mr. Germinario to be a professional and quite knowledgeable concerning Patent Law. He is ethical and innovative. His description of my idea as he presented it to the Patent Office was well thought out and comprehensive. I am confident under his direction that we will be successful in acquiring a patent.

  I am a first time inventor and after reading several patent guidebooks decided to work with a patent attorney. After due diligence I found Thomas Germinario and scheduled an in person conference. Very glad I did. Toms years of patent law experience plus a background as an engineer was the perfect compliment to my inexperience and need for direction. After explaining my design Tom send me home with a renewed focus to complete a series of design examples and explainations.
  To make this long story short thanks to Mr Germinario’s professional advice and support my first attempt to receive a patent was successful! There can be no better recommendation than that.

  Tom is a great patent attorney. He really helped me and my business rest easy knowing our intellectual property was properly secured and effectively navigated through the patent office. In our experience, this isn't easy, and we've had considerable trouble with previous legal counsel we've employed that vanished as soon as we moved to Tom. He also is extremely versatile, helping us secure patents across multiple domain areas with no difficulty adapting to the varying technical specifics.

  Tom is a phenomenal attorney - I think he's as helpful as they get, and I've already experienced the difficulties of pushing patents through the patent system in my business in the past. He is extremely fair and never gives off the impression of trying to pass you through more hoops than you need in order to successfully patent your product.
