  I took his CBT training course and it helped me get a better handle on my anxiety, both him and his wife are very friendly and welcoming people who helped me get out of my shell.

  The I-CBT treatment was helpful for me, and helped me start improving my mental health. I worked with Nikki, and she is very knowledgeable and has helped me so much over the past couple of months that I have been in the program.

  Dr. Thomas is THE BEST that you will find! She is patient. She is understanding. She is a wealth of knowledge and I appreciate her so very much! I initially went in her office and I felt like a lost cause. As time progressed, I left her office feeling confident and in control of my life, my thoughts and my way of responding! I am thankful everyday for all she has taught me and all the I-CBT has given me!

  I had an amazing experience with Tom. The therapy is life changing if you stick to it. Tom made me feel like I was in a safe environment always and you get material to take home. I

  I just completed CBT with Dr. Cordier and can honestly say that learning Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is well worth it. Not only did I learn how my diagnosis affected multiple facets of my life, but I learned how to manage it in order to live my life to the fullest. Thank you Dr. Cordier and team for all of your hard work and attentiveness. Using CBT in my day-to-day life has become second nature to me and I can’t imagine my life without it.
